Returns
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Pharmaceutical products must be returned in their original packaging with the invoice.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Expired or near-expiry product received
- Incorrect product dispatched
- Product not as described
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the seal is broken, including injections, syrups, and opened medications.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is subject to our return policy.
